A MOON LIGHT WALK

      

     Moon is admired by everyone and I am one of them too. चंद्राचे सर्वजण कौतुक करणाऱ्यांमधील मी एकआहे. I like moonlight very much. मला चांदणे खूप आवडते. I feel cool and pleasant in the moonlight. मला चंद्रप्रकाशात थंड आणि आनंददायी वाटते. I experience a strange sort of calm when I go out for a walk in the moonlight. जेव्हा मी चंद्रप्रकाशात फिरायला जातो तेव्हा मला एक विचित्र शांतता अनुभवायला मिळते.

     It was a full-moon night. ती पौर्णिमेची रात्र होती. The sky was clear and the moon was shinning gloriously in the sky. आकाश निरभ्र होते आणि चंद्र आकाशात तेजस्वीपणे चमकत होता. I decided to go out for a walk on the beach. मी बीचवर फिरायला जायचे ठरवले. Just then my friends Makar and Kark came to meet me. तेवढ्यात माझे मित्र मकर आणि कर्क मला भेटायला आले. They agreed to join me. त्यांनी मला सामील होण्यास होकार दिला. We stepped out to enjoy a moonlight walk that night. त्या रात्री चंद्रप्रकाशाचा आनंद घेण्यासाठी आम्ही बाहेर पडलो.

    We arrived at the beach in about ten minutes. साधारण दहा मिनिटात आम्ही बीचवर पोहोचलो. There we saw many people. तिथे आम्हाला अनेक लोक दिसले. They too, had come to enjoy the full moon night. तेही पौर्णिमेच्या रात्रीचा आनंद लुटण्यासाठी आले होते. The atmosphere was wonderfully cool, calm and serene. वातावरण कमालीचे थंड, शांत आणि प्रसन्न होते. Everything look silvery in the moonlight. चंद्रप्रकाशात सर्व काही चंदेरी दिसते. The waves were breaking softy on the shore with a soothing sound. लाटा किना-यावर मंद आवाजात उसळत होत्या. The pebbles on the beach shone like little lumps of silver. समुद्रकिनाऱ्यावरील खडे चांदीच्या छोट्या गुठळ्यांसारखे चमकत होते. The tall graceful palms were moving along with the cold breeze. थंड वाऱ्याच्या झुळुकीबरोबर उंचच उंच डौलदार तळवे हलत होते.

    Some youngsters were playing football in the sands. काही तरुण वाळूत फुटबॉल खेळत होते. Some sat in circles enjoying bonfire and snacks. काही मंडळांमध्ये बसून शेकोटीचा आणि स्नॅक्सचा आनंद घेत होते. Some people were walking leisurely along with the shore. काही लोक किनार्‍याजवळ मोकळेपणाने चालत होते. We too, walked along the shore for a quite a long time enjoying the magic of the moon. आम्हीही बराच वेळ चंद्राच्या जादूचा आनंद घेत किनाऱ्यावर फिरलो. Then we sat down and ate some fruits that my friends bought for me. मग आम्ही बसलो आणि माझ्या मित्रांनी माझ्यासाठी विकत घेतलेली काही फळे खाल्ली.

    We spent a couple of hours talking and laughing under the beautiful moonlight on the beach. बीचवरच्या सुंदर चांदण्यांखाली आम्ही दोन तास बोलत आणि हसत घालवले. Then we returned home but we weren't tired at all. मग आम्ही घरी परतलो पण अजिबात थकलो नाही. On the contrary, we felt fresh and fine. उलट आम्हाला ताजेतवाने आणि छान वाटले.
