Lost purse: dialogue with station master for complaint

A dialogue between a station master and you to lodge a complaint about a purse you have misplaced. 

You: Good morning, Sir. शुभ सकाळ सर.

Station Master: Good morning. शुभ सकाळ. What can I do for you? मी तुझ्यासाठी काय करू शकतो? Please have a seat. कृपया बसा.

You: Thank you, Sir. धन्यवाद सर. My name is Kriya Lad. माझे नाव क्रिया लाड आहे. I live in Mulund. मी मुलुंडला राहते. I want to lodge a complaint about my purse. मला माझ्या पर्सबद्दल तक्रार करायची आहे.

Station Master: What happened to the purse? पर्सचे काय झाले? Did you forget it or did someone snatch it? तू विसरलीस की कोणी हिसकावून घेतली?

You: I was waiting for the train on the Platform 1 at Bhandup station. मी भांडुप स्टेशनवर प्लॅटफॉर्म क्रमांक १ वर ट्रेनची वाट पाहत होते. As the train arrived, I rushed to board the train. ट्रेन येताच मी ट्रेनमध्ये चढायला धावले. It was crowded as usual. त्यात नेहमीप्रमाणे गर्दी होती. While boarding the train, someone snatched my purse from my hand. ट्रेनमध्ये चढत असताना कोणीतरी माझ्या हातातील पर्स हिसकावून घेतली.

Station Master: Can you describe your purse? पर्सचे वर्णन करू शकशील का?

You: It was a blue leather purse. ती निळ्या लेदरची पर्स होती.

Station Master: What did it contain? त्यात काय होते?

You: It contained my mobile and an important office file. त्यात माझा मोबाईल आणि ऑफिसची महत्वाची फाईल होती.

Station Master: I can understand your difficulty. तुझी अडचण मी समजू शकतो. It is not going to be easy. हे तितके सोपे नाही. If your file is so valuable, you should have been more careful. तुझी फाइल इतकी मौल्यवान होती तर तू अधिक सावधगिरी बाळगली पाहिजे होती.

You: I know, Sir. मला माहीत आहे सर. I did realize my mistake. मला माझी चूक कळाली. I promise the henceforth, I will be very careful. मी यापुढे वचन देते, मी खूप काळजी घेईन.

Station Master: I too shall try my best to trace your purse. मी सुद्धा तुझी पर्स शोधण्याचा माझ्या पातळीवर प्रयत्न करेन.

You: I shall be really grateful, if you could find it and keep it in your custody. जर तुम्हाला ती सापडली आणि ती तुमच्या ताब्यात ठेवता आली तर मी खरोखर आभारी राहीन. This is my address and phone number. हा माझा पत्ता आणि फोन नंबर आहे. Thank you very much for your co-operation. तुमच्या सहकार्याबद्दल मनःपूर्वक आभार. Could you please inform me if you find it? तुम्हाला ती सापडल्यास कृपया मला कळवू शकाल का?

Station Master: I will inform you. मी कळवेन.
