                1 डिसेंबर 2023 ते 31 डिसेंबर 2023 या                        कालावधीत एक महिन्याच्या रजेसाठी अर्ज.

Dear Sir,

     This is to inform you that my father has a surgery planned the day after tomorrow as per the doctor's advice. तुम्हाला कळवत आहे की डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानुसार माझ्या वडिलांची परवा शस्त्रक्रिया आहे. My father has been having severe pain in his abdomen since last week. गेल्या आठवड्यापासून त्यांच्या पोटात तीव्र वेदना होत होत्या. A laboratory test showed that he has appendicitis. प्रयोगशाळा चाचणीत त्यांना अपेन्डिसाइटिस असल्याचे दिसून आले.

     Our doctor has suggested that the only treatment for this condition is surgical removal of the appendix and therefore, the surgery has been fixed for 3 December 2023. आमच्या डॉक्टरांनी असे सुचवले आहे की यावरील एकमेव उपचार म्हणजे अपेंडिक्स काढून टाकणे आणि त्यामुळे शस्त्रक्रिया 3 डिसेंबर 2023 निश्चित करण्यात आली आहे. I will have to be with my father. मला माझ्या वडिलांसोबत राहावे लागेल. I will have to take care of him after surgery. शस्त्रक्रियेनंतर मला त्यांची काळजी घ्यावी लागेल.

     I request you to sanction me a leave for 1 month from 1 December to 31 December 2023. 1 डिसेंबर 2023 ते 31 डिसेंबर 2023 पर्यंत मला एक महिन्याची रजा मंजूर करावी अशी मी तुम्हाला विनंती करतो.
