         Television set.      

Dear Sir,

     I bought a TV set from your store on the 8 March 2024 on the occasion of Women's day. It is a Samsung LCD TV set of Rs.1,25,000.

     For the first 7 days, the TV set worked quite satisfactorily but since the last week, several defects have been noticed in its performance. The reception of the programmes is not clear. There is also some defect in its sound system and volume control.

     I am, therefore, sending it back to you tomorrow evening. I request you to repair the set or replace it with a new one.
