HOW TO PLAY KABADDI

Team Formation
Kabaddi is played between two teams, each with seven players. The objective is to score points by raiding into the opposing team's territory and touching as many opponents as possible without getting caught.
Playing Field
The playing field is divided into two halves by a midline. Each team defends their half while trying to raid into the opponent's half.
Starting the Game
The game starts with a toss to determine which team will raid first. The team that wins the toss sends a raider to the opponent's side to score points.
Raids
A raid is when a player from one team enters the opponent's half to tag as many opponents as possible and return safely to their half within a time limit. While raiding, the raider must chant "Kabaddi, Kabaddi" without taking a breath.
Tagging and Scoring
The raider scores a point for each opponent tagged and successfully returning to their half. However, if the raider is tackled and held by the opponents, they are out, and the defending team earns a point.
Defending
When the opposing team's raider enters your half, your team's goal is to stop them from tagging players and returning safely. This is done by tackling the raider and holding them until they run out of breath or cross the midline.
Player Out
