Proverb: Where there's smoke, there's fire.

Proverb: "Where there's smoke, there's fire."

In a bustling town, there was a rumor spreading about a hidden treasure buried in the nearby forest. The townspeople talked excitedly about it, saying that whoever found the treasure would be rich beyond imagination.
One day, a young man named Mihir overheard the rumor and became intrigued. Without verifying the truth, Mihir rushed into the forest, following the direction where people claimed the treasure was buried. As he ventured deeper, he saw wisps of smoke rising from a distance.
Excitedly, Mihir thought, "Where there's smoke, there's fire! The treasure must be nearby!" He hurried toward the smoke, believing he was close to discovering riches.
However, when he reached the source of the smoke, he found only an abandoned campfire. Disappointed and exhausted from the journey, Mihir realized that he had rushed into action without solid evidence. The smoke he saw didn't lead to treasure but instead to a false hope.
From then on, Mihir learned the lesson behind the saying, "Where there's smoke, there's fire." He understood the importance of verifying information and not jumping to conclusions based solely on rumors or appearances.
