A Conversation with a Carpenter about new kitchen cabinets

New Kitchen Cabinets: Conversation with Carpenter

Flat Owner: Good morning! Are you the carpenter Mr. Sarpe told me about?

Carpenter: Yes, that's me. Good morning! I'm Nekaram. How can I help you today?

Flat Owner: Nice to meet you, Nekaram. I'm Sarpe. I just moved in and need new kitchen cabinets. Can you help?

Carpenter: Of course, Sir. Let's look at the kitchen. What kind of cabinets do you want?

Flat Owner: I want cabinets that go up to the ceiling to use all the space. I want some open shelves and some closed cabinets.

Carpenter: That sounds good. Do you have a preference for the wood or color?

Flat Owner: I like lawender cabinets to keep the kitchen bright.

Carpenter: Lawender will look nice. Do you want any special features, like soft-close doors or pull-out shelves?

Flat Owner: Yes, soft-close doors and a few pull-out shelves for pots and pans would be great.

Carpenter: Got it. Do you have a layout or design in mind?

Flat Owner: Here’s a simple sketch. I want the sink to stay where it is, with cabinets around it and open shelves above.

Carpenter: This sketch is helpful. I’ll make a detailed design. What’s your budget for the cabinets?

Flat Owner: I’d like to keep it around Rs 2,00,000 if possible.

Carpenter: I think we can do that. I’ll give you a detailed quote with costs. When do you want to start?

Flat Owner: As soon as possible. We’re eager to get the kitchen set up.

Carpenter: Got it. I’ll send you the designs and quote by tomorrow. If you like it, we can start next week.

Flat Owner: That sounds perfect. Thanks, Mike. I’m excited to see the designs.

Carpenter: You’re welcome, Sarah. I’ll be in touch soon. Have a great day!

Flat Owner: You too! Thanks again.
