Subject: Submission & Verification of Service Book for Updation

All teachers are requested to submit their duplicate service books for updation to the Office Clerk by 9th April 2025.

🍄Steps for Submission:
• Submit the duplicate service book to the Office Clerk during office hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) on or before 9th April 2025.
• Ensure that all necessary details (promotion orders, leave records, and qualification updates) are accurate and match the original.
• The duplicate copy of the service book must be checked against the original to ensure both copies are identical.
• After verification, teachers must sign the original service book to confirm its accuracy.
• Any discrepancies should be reported to Mr. Suresh Kurle (Education Department) before submission.
