How to use Never

Never means at no time / not ever.
It is used to make a sentence negative without using not.
It usually goes before the main verb (except be verbs).

1. Before the main verb

🔮I never eat junk food.
Explanation: Never comes before the verb eat to show the action does not happen at any time.

2. After the verb “to be” (is, am, are, was, were)

3. With Present Perfect Tense

Explanation: Never shows the action (seeing) has not happened even once until now.

4. At the beginning (for emphasis / strong tone)

Explanation: Never at the beginning gives strong emphasis (formal/literary style).
