Vote of Thanks – Inauguration of City Garden

Honoured Chief Guest, respected dignitaries, municipal officials, invited guests, ladies and gentlemen,
As we come to the end of today’s programme, I feel privileged to propose the Vote of Thanks.
First of all, on behalf of the organising committee, I express my sincere gratitude to our honoured Chief Guest for graciously inaugurating the City Garden and for encouraging us with inspiring words.
We are thankful to the respected dignitaries and municipal authorities for their guidance, support, and cooperation in making this green initiative a reality.
Our heartfelt thanks to the engineers, gardeners, workers, and staff members whose dedication and hard work brought this beautiful garden to life.
I also thank all the citizens and guests present here today for their valuable presence and support.
This garden is a gift to the city, and its care and protection is our shared responsibility. Let us all pledge to keep it clean, green, and well-maintained.
Once again, thank you to everyone who contributed directly or indirectly to make this inauguration a grand success.
