Vote of Thanks – Sports Day

Respected Chief Guest, honoured dignitaries, respected Principal, teachers, parents, and my dear students,

As we come to the end of this joyful and energetic Sports Day, I feel honoured to propose the Vote of Thanks.

First of all, I sincerely thank our Chief Guest for sparing valuable time and motivating our students with encouraging words. Your presence made this occasion truly special.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to our respected Principal, whose guidance and support made this event successful.

I thank all the teachers and staff members for their hard work, planning, and cooperation. This grand event would not have been possible without your dedication.

My sincere thanks to the sports teacher and coaches for training our students and instilling in them the spirit of discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

I also thank our parents for their constant support and encouragement.

A big round of applause for our students, who participated with great enthusiasm, fairness, and true sports spirit. You are the real stars of today.

Last but not the least, I thank everyone who helped directly or indirectly to make this Sports Day a grand success.
