DAILY ENGLISH CONVERSATION - 4

A dialogue between you and a new student in your class who wants to know about the school | तुमचा आणि तुमच्या वर्गातील एक नवीन विद्यार्थी ज्याला शाळेबद्दल जाणून घ्यायचे आहे त्यांच्यातील संवाद.

Vihan : Excuse me. Where is the classroom for standard IX?

विहान : माफ कर. इयत्ता नववीसाठी वर्ग कोठे आहे?

I : Are you new to the school?

मी : तू शाळेत नवीन आहेस का?

Vihan : Yes, please.

विहान : हो प्लीज.

I : Which division do you want?

मी : तुला कोणता वर्ग हवा आहे?

Vihan : I want IX- C class.

विहान : मला नववी-क चा वर्ग हवा आहे.

I : Oh! It is my division. It is on the second floor. Come. I'm also going there.

अरे! ती माझी तुकडी आहे. ती दुसऱ्या मजल्यावर आहे. ये मी पण तिकडे जात आहे.

Vihan : Before going to the class, please show me the other classes, staff room, Principal's office, playground, canteen, library, toilets etc.

विहान : वर्गात जाण्यापूर्वी कृपया मला इतर वर्ग, शिक्षक खोली, मुख्याध्यापकांचे ऑफिस, खेळाचे मैदान, कॅन्टीन, लायब्ररी, टॉयलेट वगैरे दाखव.

I : O.K. Here is the Principal's office, the next room the office of the school, then our school library. Toilets are at the corner. Our teacher's staffroom is on the first floor. Our science labs are on the second floor. The classrooms of standard V and standard VI are on the ground floor. The classrooms of standard VII and standard VIII are on the first floor. The classrooms of standard IX and standard X are on the second floor.

मी : ठिक आहे. इथे मुख्याध्यापकांची कार्यालय, पुढची खोली शाळेचे कार्यालय, मग आपल्या शाळेचे वाचनालय. कोपऱ्यात शौचालये आहेत. आपल्या शिक्षकांची खोली पहिल्या मजल्यावर आहे. आपल्या विज्ञान प्रयोगशाळा दुसऱ्या मजल्यावर आहेत. इयत्ता पाचवी आणि इयत्ता सहावीच्या वर्गखोल्या तळमजल्यावर आहेत. इयत्ता सातवी आणि इयत्ता आठवीच्या वर्गखोल्या पहिल्या मजल्यावर आहेत. इयत्ता नववी आणि दहावीच्या वर्गखोल्या दुसऱ्या मजल्यावर आहेत. 

Vihan : Do we have a gym?

विहान : आपल्याकडे जिम आहे काय?

I : The gym is on the playground. When you go out of the school compound towards west side, you can see a big playground.

मी : खेळाच्या मैदानावर जिम आहे. शाळेच्या आवारातून बाहेर पश्चिमेकडे गेल्यावर एक मोठे मैदान दिसते.

Vihan : Thanks. Well, my name is Vihan and yours?

विहान : धन्यवाद. बरं, माझं नाव विहान आणि तुझं?

I : Ambar. It's time for the prayer. Let's go to the class.

मी : अंबर. प्रार्थनेची वेळ झाली आहे. चला वर्गात जाऊया.

Vihan : What about the teachers?

विहान : शिक्षक कसे आहेत?

I : All the teachers are expert in their subjects. You will soon come to know.

मी : सर्व शिक्षक आपापल्या विषयात तज्ञ आहेत. तुला लवकरच कळेल.

Vihan : Can I sit beside you?

विहान : मी तुझ्या बाजूला बसू का?

I : By all means. I shall love it!

मी : सर्वार्थाने. मला ते आवडेल!
