Dear Sir,
Some repairs are required to be carried out urgently in the flat in which I have been residing (Flat No 403). मी राहत असलेल्या फ्लॅटमध्ये (फ्लॅट क्रमांक 403) काही दुरुस्ती तातडीने करणे आवश्यक आहे. A crack has developed in one of the walls of our bathroom. आमच्या बाथरुमच्या एका भिंतीमध्ये तडा गेला आहे. Water also drips from the ceiling of our kitchen. आमच्या स्वयंपाकघराच्या छतावरूनही पाणी टपकते. It falls on our kitchen platform making it impossible for the ladies to carry on the cooking work smoothly. ते आमच्या स्वयंपाकघरातील प्लॅटफॉर्मवर पडल्यामुळे महिलांना स्वयंपाकाचे काम सुरळीतपणे पार पाडणे अशक्य होते. The drainage pipe of our kitchen has broken and so the dirty water from it drips down and falls on the people walking in the compound and children playing there. आमच्या स्वयंपाकघरातील ड्रेनेज पाईप तुटला आहे आणि त्यामुळे ते घाण पाणी खाली टपकून कंपाऊंडमध्ये चालणाऱ्या लोकांवर आणि तिथे खेळणाऱ्या मुलांवर पडते. A number of my neighbours have complained to me about this. माझ्या अनेक शेजाऱ्यांनी याबाबत माझ्याकडे तक्रार केली आहे.
I would be grateful if you could come and see the defects personally and take immediate steps to the repairs carried out. तुम्ही स्वतः येऊन दोष पाहिल्यास आणि दुरुस्तीसाठी त्वरित पावले उचलल्यास मी आभारी राहीन.
