FORMAL LETTER - REPORTING LOSS OF LUGGAGE ON THE TRAIN

विषय : ट्रेन क्र. ३४५४ कोकण कन्या एक्सप्रेस मध्ये हरवलेले सामान.  

Dear Sir,

     I was travelling on 14th February, 2023 on train no. 3454 The Konkan Kanya Express.   मी १४ फेब्रुवारी २०२३ रोजी ट्रेन क्र. ३४५४ कोकण कन्या एक्सप्रेस मधून प्रवास करत होतो.  I boarded the train at Ratnagiri, in first class compartment.  मी रत्नागिरीला ट्रेनमध्ये फर्स्ट क्लासच्या डब्यात चढलो.

     It was a night journey.  रात्रीचा प्रवास होता.  The train reached Thane at 12o'clock. १२ वाजता ट्रेन ठाण्यात पोहोचली.  When I started to pack my belongings, I was surprised to find that my bag was missing.  जेव्हा मी माझे सामान बांधायला सुरुवात केली तेव्हा माझी बॅग गायब असल्याचे पाहून मला आश्चर्य वाटले.

     It was a leather bag, red colour with belts.  ती लाल रंगाच्या पट्ट्यांची चामड्याची बॅग होती.  This bag has castor wheels and was fitted with extra locks.  या  बॅगला चाके आहेत आणि त्यात अतिरिक्त कुलूप बसवले आहेत.  Besides my clothes and daily accessories, it contained my passport and other important documents.  माझे कपडे आणि दैनंदिन सामान याशिवाय त्यात माझा पासपोर्ट आणि इतर महत्त्वाची कागदपत्रे होती.  Please take immediate action to find the lost luggage.  कृपया हरवलेले सामान शोधण्यासाठी त्वरित कारवाई करावी.
