Dear Sir,

     I must draw your attention to the fact that my flat is in need of some very urgent repairs. माझ्या फ्लॅटला काही अत्यंत तातडीच्या दुरुस्तीची गरज आहे याकडे मी तुमचे लक्ष वेधले पाहिजे. There is a crack in a wall. एका भिंतीला तडा आहे. Almost all the windowo-panes are broken. जवळपास सर्व खिडक्यांच्या काचा तुटलेल्या आहेत. The four taps in my flat are leaking. माझ्या फ्लॅटमधील चार नळांना गळती लागली आहे. A door has come off its hinges. एक दरवाजा त्याच्या बिजागरातून बाहेर आला आहे. The rooms require a whitewash. खोल्यांमध्ये व्हाईटवॉश आवश्यक आहे.

     I shall be much obliged if you come here, see the condition of the flat personally, and take immediate steps to repair it. जर तुम्ही इथे आलात आणि फ्लॅटची स्थिती स्वतः पाहिल्यास आणि ती दुरुस्त करण्यासाठी तातडीने पावले उचललीत तर मी खूप आभारी आहे. I am sure you will not force me to report the defects to the Municipal Corporation. मला खात्री आहे की तुम्ही मला महापालिकेला दोष सांगण्यास भाग पाडणार नाही.
