How I cook rice  मी भात कसा शिजवते

First I put three cups of water in the pressure cooker.

प्रथम मी प्रेशर कुकरमध्ये तीन कप पाणी ठेवते.

Then I take half a kilogram of rice. मग मी अर्धा किलो तांदूळ घेते.

After that I wash the rice and place it in the container of the cooker.

त्यानंतर मी तांदूळ धुवून कुकरच्या डब्यात ठेवते.

Then I pour right amount water into the rice. मग मी तांदळात योग्य प्रमाणात पाणी ओतते.

Then I cover the lid. मग मी झाकण लावते.

Then I cover the cooker with its lid. मग मी कुकरचे झाकण लावते.

Then I place the whistle on its knob. मग मी शिट्टी त्याच्या नॉबवर ठेवते.

After that I light the gas stove and put the cooker on it.

त्यानंतर मी गॅसची शेगडी पेटवून त्यावर कुकर ठेवते.

I take it off the gas stove when the cooker whistles three times at intervals.

काही अंतराने तीन वेळा कुकरच्या शिट्ट्या वाजवल्या की मी गॅस शेगडी बंद करते.

I open the cooker when it has cooled. कुकर थंड झाल्यावर मी कुकर उघडते.

I serve hot rice with curry. मी आमटीसोबत गरम भात वाढते.
