Present Perfect Continuous Tense पूर्ण अपूर्ण वर्तमानकाळ

The verb forming the Present Perfect Continuous Tense follows this pattern:

Subject कर्ता + have been/has been + present participle (verb+ing) + Object कर्म

Examples:

1. Neeta aunty has been selling plants almost twenty years. (sell)

नीता काकू जवळपास वीस वर्षांपासून रोपे विकत आहेत.

2. The naughty boys have been playing in the well since morning. खोडकर मुले सकाळपासून विहिरीत खेळत आहेत.

Fill in each blank with the Present Perfect Continuous Tense of the verb in the brackets.

3. The girls have been playing kabaddi for the last half an hour. (play)

   मुली गेल्या अर्ध्या तासापासून कबड्डी खेळत आहेत.

4. Nupur has been playing the piano since she was nine. (play)

     नुपूर नऊ वर्षांची असल्यापासून पियानो वाजवत आहे.

5. These eggs have been boiling for ten minutes.(boil)

     ही अंडी दहा मिनिटे उकळत आहेत.

6. I have been waiting for your call all day long.(wait)

   मी दिवसभर तुझ्या कॉलची वाट पाहत आहे.

7. This shop has been selling old furniture for over two years. (sell)

    हे दुकान दोन वर्षांपासून जुन्या फर्निचरची विक्री करत आहे.

8. Survi has been watching television since lunchtime. (watch)

    सुरवी जेवणाच्या वेळेपासून दूरदर्शन पाहत आहे.

9. You have been resting for the last hour and it is time to study. (rest)

    तू गेल्या तासाभरापासून विश्रांती घेत आहेस आणि आता अभ्यास करण्याची वेळ झाली आहे.

10. Kushal and Kavish have been searching the missing mobile in the garden since morning. (search)
