A GENERAL DIARY ENTRY OF A YOUNG SCHOOL BOY

Monday, 18th October

     A new boy has joined our class today. It must be so awkward for him to be in a new school. I saw him sitting quietly on the first bench. I immediately remembered my first day at this school three years back and how lost I had felt.

     I sat beside him today and tried to make him a bit comfortable. He said his name is Yash and his father has just been transferred to Mumbai. I introduced him to Krish and Shobhit. We all got along well with him. He seems nice....maybe we can be friends.
