A SCIENCE FAIR

 

     Our school organises a science fair every year. आमची शाळा दरवर्षी विज्ञान मेळा आयोजित करते. It is generally held after the Diwali vacation. दिवाळीच्या सुट्टीनंतर साधारणत: आयोजित केले जाते. We get time for the preparation during Diwali vacation. आम्हाला दिवाळीच्या सुट्टीत तयारीसाठी वेळ मिळतो. This year, it was a 5-day programme. यंदा हा पाच दिवसांचा कार्यक्रम होता.

     All the classrooms were turned into exhibition rooms and laboratories. सर्व वर्गखोल्यांचे प्रदर्शन कक्ष आणि प्रयोगशाळेत रूपांतर झाले. The whole school was decorated by the students. संपूर्ण शाळा विद्यार्थ्यांनी सजवली होती. The students were busy arranging and fixing models, charts and apparatus for experiments. विद्यार्थी प्रयोगांसाठी मॉडेल्स, तक्ते आणि उपकरणे व्यवस्थित करण्यात आणि निश्चित करण्यात व्यस्त होते.

    Our class was in charge of the section of cleanliness. आमचा वर्ग स्वच्छता विभागाचा इन्चार्ज होता.  We had prepared a lovely models and charts. आम्ही एक सुंदर मॉडेल आणि तक्ते तयार केले होते. One of the boys in our class had brought an old car and ran it on a steamer. आमच्या वर्गातल्या एका मुलाने एक जुनी गाडी आणली आणि ती स्टीमरवर पळवली. Students in other schools arrived to see the fair. जत्रा पाहण्यासाठी इतर शाळांचे विद्यार्थी आले. Parents also came along with their children to see the science fair. मुलांसह पालकही विज्ञान मेळा पाहण्यासाठी आले होते. I was very proud when my parents came to see my project. माझे आईवडील माझा प्रोजेक्ट बघायला आले तेव्हा मला खूप अभिमान वाटला.

     We had a holiday the day after the fair. जत्रेच्या दुसऱ्या दिवशी आम्हाला सुट्टी होती. I thought we all deserved it because we all worked hard. मीी विचार केला की आम्ही सर्वजण त्यासाठी पात्र आहोत कारण आम्ही सर्वांनी कठोर परिश्रम केले. We enjoyed the science fair experience. आम्ही विज्ञान मेळाचा आनंद घेतला. We learned many things. आम्ही अनेक गोष्टी शिकलो.
