You got home completely wet in the rain
A Conversation between you and your mother.
Mother : Sim what is this? सिम हे काय आहे? You are completely wet. तू पूर्ण भिजला आहेस.
Sim : Sorry Aai. माफ कर आई. I got wet in the rain. मी पावसात भिजलो. I forgot to carry my raincoat today. आज मी माझा रेनकोट घेऊन जायला विसरलो.
Mother : But why didn't you take shelter somewhere? पण तू कुठेतरी आसरा का घेतला नाहीस?
Sim : It wasn't raining that much when I started out. मी बाहेर पडलो तेव्हा इतका पाऊस पडत नव्हता.
Mother : You were at the Music class. तू संगीताच्या क्लासला होतास. You could have stayed there and called me up. तू तिथे थांबून मला बोलावून घेतले असतेस.
Sim : When I left at the Music class, it wasn't raining. मी संगीत वर्गातून बाहेर पडलो तेव्हा पाऊस पडत नव्हता.
Mother : You could have come home by Ola cab. तू ओला कॅबने घरी येऊ शकला असतास.
Sim : I didn't have money to pay Ola cab. माझ्याकडे ओला कॅबला द्यायला पैसे नव्हते. I had only twenty rupees and I had samosa pav at the corner. माझ्याकडे फक्त वीस रुपये होते आणि मी कोपर्‍यावर समोसा पाव खाल्ला.
Mother : You could catch cold, you know. तुला माहीत आहे का तुला सर्दी होऊ शकते, Now go inside quickly, and dry yourself. आता लवकर आत जा, आणि अंग पुसून घे. Here are your clothes. हे तुझे कपडे आहेत. I will get some warm coffee for you. मी तुझ्यासाठी गरम कॉफी आणते. Next time phone me. पुढच्या वेळी मला फोन कर. I would be there. मी तिथे असेन.
Sim : Sorry Aai. माफ कर आई. And thank you so much for being with me. आणि माझ्यासोबत असल्याबद्दल खूप खूप धन्यवाद.
