Dear Suruchi,

     The news of your dear father's sad and untimely demise came as a real shock to all of us. We cannot believe that he is no more with us. We knew that he had not been keeping good health lately. However, we were so sure that he would recover. This is a great personal loss to me. He was such a sweet dear uncle, always so hospitable, and I knew he loved me very much. For you it must be really terrible. I only wish I could have been there with you during this time of extreme distress.

     I pray the Almighty gives you enough courage to bear this loss. How are all of you coping? The house must feel terribly empty. It is up to you now to give courage to your mother.

     May your father's soul rest in peace. I will be coming to meet you as soon as my examinations are over. Until then keep courage.
