The Independence Day Celebration
in Tilak Vidyamandir
15th August, 2024.
Our school celebrated the Independence Day on 15th August 2024 with great enthusiasm. Every classroom was decorated on the previous day. We had organized a little exhibition and funfair. It was about India's struggle for Independence.
We all met on the school ground at 7.45 am. Our Principal hoisted the flag and we all saluted the Indian Tricolour.
The Principal explained to us the meaning and the importance of the Independence Day. In the end we sang our national anthem "Jana, Gana, Mana".
Many past students, parents and other citizens visited our exhibition and praised it. It was a great day for us.
