Dear Sir,

     Our records show that you had purchased goods from our store on March 2, 2024, and the amount for it against Bill No. 1921 for Rs. 94,000/- remains unpaid.

     We have sent you 3 reminders but regret to say that there has been no response from you yet.

     We would request you to settle the pending amount within 7 days of the receipt of this letter. If you fail to do so, we shall be forced to put this matter the hands of our lawyers. However, we are sure that you will not force us to do it.
