MORAL STORY - THE WISDOM OF THE PEBBLES

THE WISDOM OF THE PEBBLES
Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a wise old woman. People from far and wide would come to seek her advice and guidance. One day, a young girl approached her and said, "I want to be successful and wealthy. Can you give me the secret?"
The old woman smiled and handed the young girl a handful of small pebbles. "Take these pebbles and go to the river. Make sure to fill your pockets with as many pebbles as you can," she instructed.
The young girl did as she was told and filled her pockets with pebbles from the river. When she returned, the old woman asked her to take out the pebbles one by one and read what was written on each of them. To the young girl's surprise, each pebble had a word inscribed on it - "Patience," "Hard work," "Perseverance," "Kindness," "Integrity," and so on.
The old woman explained,"Success and wealth come not just from material possessions, but from the virtues you cultivate within yourself. Each of these pebbles represents a quality that, when nurtured, will lead you to true success and fulfillment."
The young girl realized the wisdom in the old woman's words and set out to cultivate these virtues in his life. And in time, she not only achieved success and wealth but also earned respect and admiration from all who knew her.
The moral of the story is that true success is built on qualities like patience, hard work, perseverance, kindness, and integrity, rather than just material possessions.
