THE CURSED IDOL

 THE CURSED IDOL

In a remote village in Himachal Pradesh, an ancient temple housed a revered idol of a local deity. Legend had it that anyone who attempted to move the idol would suffer a terrible curse. Despite the warnings, a group of archaeologists, led by Dr. Arjun, arrived to study the temple and, driven by curiosity, decided to relocate the idol to a museum for preservation. As they carefully dislodged the idol, a strange, oppressive silence fell over the temple.
The moment the idol was removed, a series of unfortunate events began to plague the team. Equipment malfunctioned, team members fell ill, and a sense of dread hung over them. The curse seemed to escalate with each passing day. Dr. Arjun, desperate to lift the curse, returned the idol to its original place in the temple, but the damage was done. The team’s misfortune continued, and they discovered too late that tampering with the sacred idol had unleashed a malevolent force.
The villagers, witnessing the calamities, took the idol back, but the archaeologists were left with the grim realization that some relics are best left undisturbed.
