What is Imperative Mood?
When we give a command, request, advice, or instruction, we use the Imperative Mood. These sentences often start with a verb and do not have a subject because the subject is always understood as "you."
Now, let’s understand with examples.

Example 1:
Close the door.
🔹 दरवाजा बंद कर.
Look at this sentence. It gives a direct command.
The subject you is understood (You close the door).

Example 2:
Please help me.
🔹 कृपया मला मदत कर.
This is a polite request.
Adding please makes the command softer.

Example 3:
Don’t touch the hot pan.
🔹 गरम भांडे स्पर्श करू नकोस.
This sentence gives a warning.
Don’t is used for negative commands.

Example 4:
Be careful while crossing the road.
🔹 रस्ता ओलांडताना सावध राहा.
This sentence gives advice.
Be is commonly used in imperative sentences.

Example 5:
Let’s go for a walk.
🔹 चला, फिरायला जाऊया.
This is a suggestion.
Let’s (Let us) is used to include the speaker and listener.
