Kitchen Chores – in Direct & Indirect Speech (Simple Future Tense)

When we report someone’s future actions, we use Indirect Speech in Simple Future Tense. In indirect speech, “will” usually changes to “would”. These 10 daily-use examples are based on kitchen chores, useful for learners.

• Direct: He said, "I will bring the groceries."
Indirect: He said that he would bring the groceries.
