The Little Cloud's Gift छोट्या ढगाची भेटवस्तू

     One day, a small cloud named Chinki floated across the blue sky. एक दिवस, चिंकी नावाचा एक छोटा ढग निळ्या आकाशात तरंगत होता. She saw a big garden below. तिने खाली एक मोठी बाग पाहिली. The flowers were sad and droopy. फुले दुःखी आणि कोमेजलेली होती.
     “Why are you all so sad?” Chinki asked. "तुम्ही सगळे इतके दुःखी का आहात?" चिंकीने विचारलं. “We are thirsty,” said a sunflower. "आम्हाला तहान लागली आहे," एक सूर्यफूल म्हणाले. “It hasn’t rained in many days.” "खूप दिवसांपासून पाऊस पडलेला नाही."
     Chinki wanted to help, but she was small and didn’t have much water. चिंकीला मदत करायची होती, पण ती लहान होती आणि तिच्याकडे फारसे पाणी नव्हते. Just then, a big proud cloud flew by and laughed,
तेवढ्यात, एक मोठा आणि गर्विष्ठ ढग तिथून गेला आणि हसून म्हणाला, “You’re too tiny to make a difference!”
"तू खूपच लहान आहेस, काही फरक पडणार नाही!" But Chinki didn’t listen. पण चिंकीने त्याचे ऐकले नाही.
     She gathered all her strength and gave a small shower over the garden. तिने आपली सगळी ताकद गोळा केली आणि बागेवर थोडा पाऊस पाडला. Soon, the flowers smiled and stood tall. लवकरच, फुले हसली आणि ताठ उभी राहिली. The birds sang happily.
पक्षी आनंदाने गाणे गाऊ लागले. The big cloud saw this and felt shy. मोठ्या ढगाने हे पाहिले आणि त्याला लाज वाटली. He too joined and gave more rain. तोही पुढे आला आणि अजून पाऊस पाडला.
     From that day, all clouds learned that even a small one can make a big difference. त्या दिवसापासून, सगळ्या ढगांनी शिकले की एक छोटा ढगसुद्धा मोठा बदल घडवू शकतो.

Moral: Never think you are too small to help. Every kind act matters. कधीही असे समजू नका की आपण लहान आहोत म्हणून मदत करू शकत नाही. प्रत्येक चांगल्या कृतीला महत्त्व असते.
