🎯 An adjective is a word that describes a noun.
🎯 It may occur directly before the noun it describes (attributive) or it may occur in the predicate (predicative).
Examples -
He is a lazy boy. (attributive)
The boy is lazy. (predicative)
🎯 You can make adjectives out of other words by putting a suffix (letters added at the end of the word).
🎯 Sometimes you have to make changes in the spelling before adding the suffix.
Some spelling changes -
1. Drop the ending 'e' and then add the suffix.
move - movable
2. Drop the ending ' y' and put 'ic' and then add the suffix.
apply - applicable
3. Double the last letter.
sun - sunny
