A VISIT TO A CLOTH SHOP

      Diwali was fast approching. दिवाळी जवळ आली होती. I wanted to have new kurtis, jeans, and sarees. मला नवीन कुर्त्या, जीन्स आणि साड्या घ्यायच्या होत्या. So with my parent's permission I went to Phoenix mall in Kurla. त्यामुळे माझ्या पालकांच्या परवानगीने मी कुर्ल्यातील फिनिक्स मॉलमध्ये गेले. My younger sister Sweeti and my friend Purvi accompanied me. माझी धाकटी बहीण स्वीटी आणि माझी मैत्रिण पुर्वी माझ्यासोबत होत्या. It was about 10 o'clock in the morning when we reached the mall. आम्ही मॉलमध्ये पोहोचलो तेव्हा सकाळचे दहा वाजले होते. We entered in the big shop. आम्ही एका मोठ्या दुकानात प्रवेश केला.

     The shopkeeper politely received us with a smile on his face. चेहऱ्यावर स्मितहास्य दाखवत दुकानदाराने नम्रपणे आमचे स्वागत केले. Then a salesgirl took us to the kurti section. मग एक  सेल्सगर्ल आम्हाला कुर्ती विभागात घेऊन गेली. The salesgirl showed us one kurti after another. सेल्सगर्लने आम्हाला एकामागून एक कुर्ती दाखवल्या. Everytime she showed a kurti, she gave details of the quality and the rates. प्रत्येक वेळी तिने कुर्ती दाखवली की दर्जा आणि दराची माहिती द्यायची. I liked four kurtis worth Rs 2000. मला 2000 रुपयांच्या चार कुर्त्या आवडल्या. The salesgirl said that these are very fashionable and durable too. सेल्सगर्लने सांगितले की ह्या फॅशनमध्ये खूप आहेत आणि टिकाऊ देखील आहेत. She neatly folded them. तिने त्यांना व्यवस्थित दुमडले. She put them aside. तिने त्यांना बाजूला ठेवले. Then she showed us some varieties of sarees. मग तिने आम्हाला काही साड्या दाखवल्या. I chose five sarees. मी पाच साड्या निवडल्या. She put all the four sarees in a beautiful paper bag. तिने चारही साड्या एका सुंदर कागदी पिशवीत ठेवल्या. My sister purchased three jeans and Purvi purchased two sarees and two kurtis. माझ्या बहिणीने तीन जीन्स खरेदी केल्या आणि पुर्वीने दोन साड्या आणि दोन कुर्त्या खरेदी केल्या.

     The bags were sent to the counter. पिशव्या बिल काउंटरवर पाठवण्यात आल्या. We paid the bill through google pay. आम्ही गुगल पेद्वारे बिल भरले. Then the shopkeeper handed the bags to us. मग दुकानदाराने पिशव्या आमच्या हातात दिल्या. The shopkeeper thanked us. दुकानदाराने आमचे आभार मानले. Then we hired a taxi and returned home happily at 6 p.m. मग आम्ही टॅक्सी भाड्याने घेतली आणि आनंदाने संध्याकाळी 6 वाजता घरी परतलो.
